This site is operated by Scalaix, Inc. TrainingObjects is a product of the same company. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you are using it for an organisation, you confirm you are authorised to accept these terms on its behalf.
They cover this website and any enquiry you send through it. They do not create a services relationship. Data preparation, valuation, sourcing, diligence and any other engagement is provided only under a separate written agreement signed by both parties. Where that agreement and these terms conflict, that agreement governs.
Descriptions of our services, methodology, example datasets, quality scores and valuation figures shown on this site are illustrative. They are not an offer, a quote, a valuation, or a guarantee of any outcome. Nothing here is legal, regulatory, financial or compliance advice, and you should take your own advice before making decisions about licensing, acquiring or disposing of data.
When you send us an enquiry, sample or description of a dataset, you confirm that you have the right to share it, that sharing it does not breach any contract, licence or confidentiality obligation you are under, and that you have removed any personal information.
Please do not send raw datasets, customer records or personal information through this site. Material submitted through the site is not treated as confidential until we have a non-disclosure or engagement agreement in place. Once we do, that agreement governs.
If you send us suggestions or feedback about our services or this site, we may use them without restriction or obligation to you. This does not apply to confidential information covered by a signed agreement.
The site and its content, including text, design, layout, graphics and the TrainingObjects and Scalaix names and marks, belong to Scalaix, Inc. or its licensors. You may view and print pages for your own business evaluation. You may not copy, republish, scrape, mine, resell or create derivative works from the site, or use its content to train a machine learning model, without our written permission.
Do not use this site to break the law or infringe anyone's rights, misrepresent who you are, submit material you have no right to share, interfere with or probe the site's security or infrastructure, use automated means to access it at a rate that burdens it, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account. Report security issues to security@scalaix.com rather than exploiting them.
We may change, suspend or withdraw the site or any part of it at any time, and we do not promise it will be available uninterrupted or error-free. The site may link to third-party sites we do not control and are not responsible for.
The site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and any warranty that the site's content is accurate, complete or current.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Scalaix, Inc. will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, business or goodwill, arising from your use of this site. Our total liability arising out of or relating to this site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US$100). Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for fraud or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
You will indemnify Scalaix, Inc. against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or material you submit that you did not have the right to share.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law rules. The courts located there have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
We may revise these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the current version, and continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the revised terms.
